my wife lived in perth for a couple years for school. i visited for a couple months. while i was there england and stralia had a test match. several days long. wife was in class so i sat and watched it and learned a lot, most of which ive forgotten. the shorter friendlys and ones with a set amount of overs (i think thats the term?) are a little more exciting, but the test match was cool for the strategery.

We have a couple of regulation fields locally. I've never watched a full match but often stop and watch for a few when passing by. A facinating game if you understand the strategy.

Just follow up testing from her blood clot last fall. They run the machines as much as they can as we have a massive back log of tests in the system. I was supposed to have a colonoscopy in March 2021, scheduled for April 2023.
i mean, it was too fukkin hot outside for a pasty ‘merican in australia. i got there early december. it was during a long stretch of 30-35c days. and i came from winter. it was bad. so i stayed inside and watched cricket haha
