I’ve had flare ups in the past, and sometimes I can feel it coming on. Regular chiropractic and stretching has saved me from going to the ER for it. But I know some people that have had to.. GWS, and try not to take any more meds than you need for it.

Take care Mark, that stuff can really set you back if you aren’t careful. Listen to your body and don’t try and work through it, although if you were at the ER you may have already passed that point. Recovery can take a long time, Tamara is still having some struggles after her worst in September.

Those spasms are hard to deal with Mark. I do chiropractic maintenance sessons once or twice a month. Flare-up's have become less. Stretching and body ball rolling have helped the most for me. Hope this helps you get some relief.
