When I was a young man......I helped a 82 year old carpenter. I was his "go fetch". We did a bunch of raised panel walls and wainscot.....and lots of crown molding. Back then everything was stain grade work. I miss working with that old bastard.

Afternoon guys.

So, I have this 357 here. Looks to have had some detonation. The "mark" below the intake doesn't seem to be noticeable by feel.
Obviously a piston is needed. Thoughts on the jug? Sand the band and run it? GFY? Ship it to Dallas? Tannerite and .300WM?

.300wm and tannerite then shipped to Dall

Speaking of this i was looking a Ruger Precision in .300WM earlier today. Yes, i have a gun problem but it could be worse i suppose.

I've got a perfectly good homelite I can do that with.
Dallas will love it.
lol i do have a brush pile needing burnt

So, angle grinder and flap disc? Or carbide burr chucked up in a cordless drill?

How's things over your way Mike?
I think a belt sander would work best. You wanna remove about the thickness of an ultra fine sharpie line. +/-.030” o_O

We’re doing pretty good here. Always lots going on.

Any luck in the tree stand today?

No luck today. Other than birds and squirrels only thing I saw was a skunk. It's damn near 80 degrees here which is ridiculous.

I'm thinking the new slug and sand the band is my most viable option. Besides sending it to WV.

I think wv is really the most viable option. Hell I’d pay the shipping

I have a few mini macs and a john deere 40v taking up space in a box.
Those would look prime sitting on your brush pile.
