Hopefully you make out like my parents neighbor did. 1972 house, needs septic and electrical, none of which was in ad for it. 25 acres. Appraised value of $220,000.
She listed it for $459,900. Sold for cash, just under that, no survey, no home inspection, nothing...
My Dad just can't wait to see what kind of asshat moves in.

We’ll do okay but not that good. We bought it well but have spent a bunch on it. There is still more todo but very livable as is. Sign went up Monday with a “Coming to Market” label. Have noticed a few from the area cruise by a couple times and some have made note of the realtors phone number.

I always want to put the passenger side down when I see them. They either have to get out and fix it or drive home looking even stupider as you know they aren’t going to open their window and put theirs down.

the dually has extend out mirrors but i dont use them even if hauling hay because i couldnt see anyone either way unless going through a curve lol

I know exactly what you mean slack master.
The only reason the mirrors go up/out is to see around what you have on or behind the truck.
Also, if the rear bumper is lower than the front, it better be because theres something heavy in the bed or behind you.
