I can only hope but like most things Jets related expect disappointment. Local guy, know. For defensive systems, almost too good to be true so it likely won’t happen.
I’m not sure if he’s Yzerman’s kind of guy or not

Holy crap, I looked it up and it does exist, but only with a special chain. I thought you were pulling my leg. Lol
Mac, Poulan, and some others all tried their hand at "self sharpenning" systems.
I have a couple of the Micro series poulans that have it.
Oregon even tried to bring it back recently. Had an attachment or bar scabbard that had the sharpenner in it.
Problem is that they can only sharpen the top of the cutter, which really doesnt make sense in any situation if you know how a power saw chain works.

The reason I though he was just phooking with me is because of sharpening were that easy, there wouldn't be so many questions about it. Plus one less thing to have to worry about.

Evenin gents. Night cap time. I've been pretty dang busy. When I'm this busy I tend to avoid posting in this time gobbling thread.
Worked my nutz off again today. I humped a pick em up truck load of red oak, 16x18''dia into the back of it. Topped it off with limb wood from the same tree and a bunch of Norway maple. Climbed a second Norway to put it on the ground. I left it a standing spar so last Friday I could use it as a gin pole to rig said oak limb into the yard and set it on the ground. The neighbors don't get along so I rigged it heavy. I humped all that wood today and then some. I have to use one of my phrases .....

My pussy hurts.

They seem like a good fit for him

Lots of chatter about his special needs son and if the type of care he requires is readily available here or not. His mom died this year and dad is still living on the homestead about 3 1/2 hours from the city. Not getting my hopes up though.

LOL!
Its really not that hard, if you just want a chain that cuts.
Problem is that a lot of folks either REALLY dont understand how to keep the basic edge profile and progress it down as the chain wears, or they want to get A LOT MORE out of a chain.
I just want the chain to do its job, and have enough saw to pull it.
Theres a reason why theres different sizes and types of chain.

Morning all. Looking at my sites today it doesn't look like the dragon is going to be in play until tomorrow. Going to go 68 out and back today, with the dragon getting the nod the rest of the week. Lots of fun in a 1ton Savannah. I won't be setting any records, nor will I hold anyone up.

Y'all be safe out there.
