Yes Adam, The Duramax was a joint venture with Isuzu. Still don't like aluminum heads on any diesel.
Ok slacker-than-i, you can enjoy your Chevizu.rather have that than any newer ford *frenching junk
#couldntgivemeapieceofshitford
Just remember my Isuzu friend. The high dollar all aluminum jobbers fail too. Here are two that have been repaired and failed again. And these are good heavy cores/tanks.It is what it is Sean, the vehicle doesn't go very well without it.
The oem i/c is alloy core with crimped plastic tanks. I've ordered a larger AM full alloy welded replacement. It should be more reliable, as well as provide cooler charge air temps when its working hard (towing the boat in summer mostly). The cold side of the i/c actually has a temperature probe that writes back to the ecu and backs power off if it senses too much charge air heat, the AM cooler should reduce the frequency of that happening.
And lets be honest, we're all here for moar powa.
Whatd you have for dessert?Chinese this evening…large house combination lo mein, large beef & broccoli, large chicken & vegetables, 5-pc chicken teriyaki, and a large egg drop soup with two big bags of wontons…BURRRRRRRRRRRRRP!

Did the Stork deliver you a baby?
and ford didn’t even years ago when Mazda was the same thing ?
This isn’t the 70s
And you don’t turn wrenches on them to know what ones you can actually work on without taking the cab off
Coz Isuzu made the Duramax, which was subject de jure at the time. Why not Holden?
Something awful powerful at work here.
Doesn't matter. Even if Ford was the "cleanest" of the big three, pulling the plug on foreign plants and building new at home here.
Some Cadillac's and Buick's are being built in China and imported here. How long before the entirety of GM is that way? And how many will follow suit?
They're an improvement tho. And that's pretty much my ethos. Make it better if you have to do something.Just remember my Isuzu friend. The high dollar all aluminum jobbers fail too.
