An old fellas told me years ago that if women or kids feed a bottle calf, it would get scours and die.

I never thought much about it till my granddaughter insisted that I wasn't feeding one enough. Then I got it.

Even our whitetail does will let an orphan stay with them here.

Big white pine branches are falling quite regular now. Back yard is full of em now. I might be in the market for a small rear handle saw now about 35-40 cc. Good excuse anyway. Lol

We only bottle fed calves if we absolutely had to until we could get 'em with a surrogate. My old man had a strict limit on how much each calf got.

Just like we couldn't feed the horses too many apples at one time in the summer as well.

Buddy o' mine who used to dabble in moo cows used to mix kaolin with the liquid goodies in da bottle. Can only assume it helps with the digestion/intestine end of thangs.

Spike sent me a newish oem 272 wrap and block.
And I have a bunch of fullwraps on other saws
Honestly I prefer the 30.00 oem 372xt full wraps modified to fit 268/272s
Guy's want stupid money for 2 series wraps now.

Place I got that saw carcass from had just gotten in a load of old saws and parts. There were a pile or full wrap bars. No idea what a lot of them fit.
Also several saws there with full wraps.
Big Poulans mostly, some with mag air filter covers. Not sure how it all got to GA.
