I ain't double worth a *f-wordk now...three baskets of chips/salsa, two burritos, two enchiladas, two tacos, one tostada, and two shots of tekillya. Boss man did cover $15 of the bill. Got the Avionics Shop locked up, gonna crash in da office on Uncle Sugar and your tax dimes' time 'til 3:30 and get the hell off this flightline. Somebody call me or text me to wake my dead ass up at 3:30...mmkay thanx.

Hey fellas, I bought a Meteor piston for a 262XP I'm fixing.
Didnt notice in the description, but the new piston is a "B" fit.
Cylinder is an "A".
Havent gotten the calipers out yet. How much difference between the two?

Hey fellas, I bought a Meteor piston for a 262XP I'm fixing.
Didnt notice in the description, but the new piston is a "B" fit.
Cylinder is an "A".
Havent gotten the calipers out yet. How much difference between the two?
I wager A plus wear is going to equal B perfectly Brent.

So...I did a thing.

@Stump Shot gave me a 268 a few years ago. I had only ran it in smaller stuff a few times. But this past weekend, I ran it in big wood with a 28. Really stout old saw. But....I'd let it sit around long enough that it was in need of a carb rebuild. So I tore it apart. Open port top end.....and the piston was a bit worn. So I dug thru my stash of parts and found a nice closed port type cylinder, but I only had a new open port style piston. So I figured wth and stuck it together that way.

Holy hell. That mfer really runs.

Any of y'all ever used that combination before?
