Its supposed to be 42° tonight here. Im contemplating firing up the woodburner for a bit

Its currently 78° F and raining. I would love for it to be mid-40s.
I could put on long sleeved pants and a short sleeved shirt, rather than a no-sleeved shirt, short -sleeved pants, and flippy floppies.
Looking forward to firing off the wood stove for the first time this fall. Might be a while yet.

I think the problem is that he, like so many of the last two generations, we're never educated in a well-known American tradition I like to refer to as the "roshambeu" school of life.
I was fortunate enough to have a father who was a member of a hunting, fishing, and "social" club. They taught me early how to ride out a kick to the sack(usually several at once, from all angles), and made my skin approximately 1/2" thicker than what I was born with.
I love those old bastids... Not in an Uncle Rick type way...
