I dont think Joe fully understands the size of his potential acquisition. Its a bit like being catfished on Tinder.
Hes gonna wind up with a "big girl".
This truck is actually a 3/4 ton extended cab 4 wheel drive(these have a straight front axle instead of independent front suspension). It also has a long pickup box, which is 9' instead of the 8' for a half ton.
Add another 8" in width to that equation. Yes, we Americans do tend to go a bit overboard, but its all good until you try to find a parking spot for it.

Yep. Take the same fenders, doors, and some other parts.
Cabs and beds are wider for 3/4 and 1 tons. Also tailgates for pickup beds are wider. Go buy a standard size tool box and try to put it on your 3/4 ton. It'll fall into the bed.

Well yeah, the Mopar guys are too busy giving handies in alley to make $$ to even bring their junk in for repair.

And for the record, in my area most of the Dodge trucks are newer. When you see an older truck on the road here it's more common Ford or GM.
