Damn…if only I’d a had my phone. Was outside letting the pooch do her thing, look up and a damn meteorite streaking across the sky. The tail was damn near as far north as I could look and the head of it was just above me looking straight up. When the head got as far southeast as I could see, the tail was disappearing right above me. Looked like some *s-wordt out of a Hollywood movie. This thing was big. About three/four minutes later, it was like one helluva sonic boom. And ain’t no aircraft doing the speed of sound thing around these parts at this time of night.
