29°c here today about time Makes a nice change from the rainEvening guys. I threw two pair of jeans out tonight. No, neither pair was one I wore up north two weekends ago. Plenty of life in those.
Enjoy the sun @Kiwioilboiler @markds2 @Stihl working Hard . 20° drop here in the last 24 hours.
the houses we built that had the bracing at the corners was for wind protectionI doubt it Dallas. Be as simple as stopping the plasterboard (Gib) from getting waves in it and requiring redo's i would say.
My sincere condolences for your lossDid somebody say rain?
We had 8" here in the last 3 days.
Thundering now.
On a sad note my 84 yr. old mom died sunday. Planning a funeral is not fun but friends and family came together and have it under control.
Covid is a concern with all the older people , how do you tell family not to be so close?
I guess i am going to try leading by example and wear a mask and ask people to stand a little farther apart.
Wow that’s some serious safety going on there AdamEvening high rollers and ankle rollers alike.
Headin In.
Neighbours house report:
Trusses hiab'd on, inflammatory safety nets hung, and goddam bass heavy RnB music from scaffolders while I'm trying to day sleep finally gone.

Denotes H1.2 treating StevO. We had a period where the timber industry convinced itself that untreated kiln dried timber would be fine as framing because, well it's inside isn't it. They were wrong, and a heap of houses suffered mold and rot issues during that Leaky Building period.Whats with the red color wood? A red variety or treated with something.
Good morning JasonMorning mongrels…nice 55 to 75 and clear.
Good morning Sean how are you doing today buddyMorning all
Not much to catch up on this morning, looks like yall bin slacking
LmaoI'm Refreshed from the time my eyes were rolled back while also snoring & farting for the last 8hrs
not a pretty sight, so I do it in a dark room![]()
Exactly. But NZers went through a period of wanting to pretend they were from San Jose or Ibiza or something and instructed house designers to build them adobe style monoblock flat roofed internal guttered water traps.Interesting. Why the leaks? We build with kiln dried not treated. If everything is done correctly there shouldn't be any water intrusion into the home anywhere.
He ain’t talking about a house of ill repute, Dallas.the houses we built
Steve, Just a note. Did you see @brushwacker had NOS McCulloch 12" 3/8"LP bars for $15. Thought it might be of interest.Got ya. So make everyone pay for someone's mistake. That sounds familiar.
I thought Dally built trailers in a plant...assembly-line style, no? LolHe ain’t talking about a house of ill repute, Dallas.
