The drivers are employed by the same company as me, but the trucks are Ryder leases so they do all the repairs and maintenance. They are awful to deal with. They always have an excuse. Parts take a week to come in and they won't provide a sub in the meantime. We will take the truck in for 4 or 5 PM/repair items and they will perform one and send it back out.

That sucks.

How goes the battle? You worse in the morning? After maybe sleeping all night.

The battle is ongoing. Yes, its worse in the morning but its no longer my back that hurts its my right leg. Its aches and feels real tight as well as burning from the nerve. Its also numb on top and down the inside of my thigh from my hip down to just below my knee. Therapy is going well but its gonna be a long slow process.
