Any gains from that?
Maffs aint my strong suit, but I aint sure you can flow any more air from the 2 big valves than you can from the 4 smaller ones.
Advantage might be in the pattern, swirlies and such.
There are scientifical terms for whut ah mean I'm sure. ;)
Oh, it's been done. And still being done.
A well ported 12v with big valves will out flow a 24. There's also more valve gear in the 24 to rob powa. Not as drastic of an effect in a diesel as opposed to a gasser though.

Was wondering. Dizzles really arent my thing.
Mostly air and effects of such in the chamber for them versus air/fuel mixture for naturally aspirated gas engines, but it makes sense that adding more air and changing how it behaves in the combustion chamber will result in torque or horsepower gains if done properly.
