Fancy mfer. New "flare side" package.
Had the 5.0 HO motor wif 353 gears.
Fun ride. Sun roof and power rear slider window were some definite 90s glitz.

What a day. Hot water seemed coldish. Lots of checking this and that taught me......that you can't test a porcelain 15a mains fuse with your eyes, a multimeter works a lot better, and is substantially quicker than checking every other point of the circuit...

In other news, won the game, scored my second goal for the season at a very important time. Beersies I think.

K24 has the be the best engine they have. Still like to drink oil.

We've had two K24 JDM Odyssey Absolute's. HiPo K24 with 5AT, not CVT. Zero mechanical issues bar a starter motor, first one 2007 we got at 150k km i think and did 50k km before a bin truck squashed it. Empty and parked luckily.
Replaced with next version, 2010 at 130k km, now done 160k km i think. No oil use in either over 10k km service interval and neither is/was 'new'. I do use 5W40 Shell Helix Ultra (Penn Pure?) tho so maybe they don't like thinner eco type oils?

Me likey a HiPo factory K24.

Fuse element went right in the middle.
I'm not an electrician but I know some who msgd me some tips.
One of the neighbours had some fuse wire on a card from like 1980 luckily. Got the relay clicking and electrician's wife turned up with some circuit breakers not long after.
I can handle being uneducated, but I'll not miss the opportunity to minimise future repeats...
