tires look small to be more than 4 ply
and id be nervous hauling much of a load on them
you dont have to be

Most of those transit connect, nv200, and promaster city vans have little 10 ply on them.

And I do have to be nice, I want to have internet friends. :campeon2:

lol we have no feelings here
my cousin has one of the ram van things 4 cylinder diesel and tires are 16 inch
the ones on todds toy look like 14 inch
only 6 or 8 ply tires ive seen that size is for campers
when i had suburban i put 10 ply tires on it
the yukon has 8 ply on it since i bought it
and truck has 10s and i may look into 12s or 14s for it later on

defined by weight ?
my truck weighs 7760

it s usually the gross vehicle weight, truck & max load. All in tonnes.

Will check in the morning not sure I just drive it

probably 8 ply

our pickups usual carry a ton = 1000kg =approx 2000lb

We have a thing called a transit made by Ford , it usually has a tipping body on the whole thing fully loaded = 3500kg. Although it get complicated as the same vehicle can have a box on the back and it’s called a Luton van.
But look at how backward the gov is, it still calls them vehicles “Lorries”

just about everyone here would need cdls if that was law here
when i hauled the hay i was in the area of 25000 pounds 12.5 ton your metric ton is 2200 pounds so over 11 metric tons
it is nothing to see skid steers and excavators on trailers being pulled by 3/4 ton trucks
even see dozers at times behind 1 ton trucks
