Wv vehicle's are strictly regulated to
Get as much money from us residents as they possibly can.
Yearly inspection sticker and licence sticker or new plate fees,
Yearly property taxes etc.
But in Ohio there is no rules
no inspection
Or brake's,exhaust system, light's or windshields
Doesn't matter if you can sling a dead cat through the rust holes
You can legally drive it in Ohio and west Virginia.
I work with a guy from Cleveland
His brake lines started rupturing from
Rust
So he just cut and rolled the brake line up
And smashed it with a hammer flat.
He had one front brake left on his f150
Last I asked him.

B class license plate for my truck is 170 a year to have it licensed for 25000 pounds
Yukon is 51 bucks

I run multiple trucks on the same plates
I just have to remember to swap the plates onto what I'm driving each time.
If I don't have a good sticker
I put a bunch of masks there
To look like I do have a sticker.
