Second time Siemens tore into the turbine lube oil system and replaced a seal then it caught fire. Surprise surprise we have GE here to do it this time and Siemens is blaming that we didn’t want to pay their labor and only paid an engineer to oversee APCOM do the actual job. Now we have a full GE crew here to access the damage.

I work at NISCO steam. We burn pet coke in a fluidized bed, which is the lava.. that allows it to be burned clean. What steam is leftover from supplying the refineries with what steam they need we make make 240 megawatts of power with. I work for Entergy.

I heard things last year, plus many others, screamed into my face like, "say you don't want it cause I got better offers. This guy offered me that or this guy offered me even more." Five minutes later... "I really want you to have it but just wait a few more years... we need the income", rhetorical statement made at or to me, in the next sentence. Most of my planned future and current efforts and income lay on that ground. I planned and invested for years and years, they know that. Five business can be run from it and now the business parts just lay in disrepair and rotting. It's crazy I know but at what point do you just walk away when you have no control over family?... That is their goal at this point after me being pretty sick with health issues a few years back but still lingering, or do I sue and try forcing the issue?... Really can not afford it and they know that. This was how I got "used" by them and many others for too long. Nice guys finish last, troof so don't be one!
Thing is... I'm just like you in one respect, a realist. Both of us will be dead in ten or fifteen years anyway so based on the fact we work till we can't and then checkout, this is all for her. My wife gave up here retirement/pension and corporate type work in communications to run a paint your own pottery studio with her mom a few years before we met. Mom, who got out of the insurance broker business to start that venture with her daughter, moms husband lent them the capitol to kick it off and an update reboot when they moved the last time to the new location years ago. That was long ago paid back both times. It is worth what the in store stock and business can be sold for so not much really being a high end type space rented.
If they, over there at your place, want a piece of the pie tell them to show up like I did, for years. IT didn't help me any because nothing was in writing. In the end it cost us everything pretty much. The time is gone so no getting that back. They know I love the pines, the people, the area and use that as added leverage against me. We were supposed to close on it years and years ago. The revenue I/we lost is gone and we are talking about a substantial amount. The investments out of pocket were small bits at a time but added up over years for repairs plus free land management on the trees, roofs, fences, ect, ect but any storm damage insurance work was subbed out and I got nothing. Pure *frenching greed is what I call that. The time invested was very very costly now looking back. All my eggs were in one basket besides our house. Plus I did rent things like the shops till they robbed me good. Four guys showed up with a box truck and stripped the place. Cops helped him recover stuff but not me... I have no lease. Whole thing smells bad. I had stuff there also like tons of shops tools and parts for many things. He got his collision shop frame straightening equipment back, about 12K used, then let he says he just let the other shop tools go, yeah right. Did it all behind my back with NJSP so he says, mfer. Then he, I know now it was him, cleaned me out for scrap metals next, stole a complete V8 stern drive system he claims got scrapped local but I went by the yard and checked with them, not there. I worked for these guys as a teenager so they have nothing to hide from me and have no reason to do so. They were the family one wishes they had. Treat you like... good people do. He sold off my stuff somewhere so there went my Xmas money in the first week of December 2019 because I had the minty thing sold for a grand, mfer. This way I remain broke and on the hook looking like a dummy... rightful so it appears.
With a forty minute drive each way numerous times a month or a week gets costly driving a work truck and pulling a trailer sometimes, for a decade. Plus tens of thousands in rental money he pocketed under a lease agreement I was nicely cut out of for the body shop "Just bring me the money." Thing is he still collects illegal rents so when push comes to shove, and it soon will, I playing those cards out all the way. Been collecting some other new to me juicy info from locals about hot cars and parts when the shops were still open. Went to visit one guy for more info but he died. Don't care who looses what at this point but someone is going to pay one way or the other with possible jail time. Fines will be heavy but hey if you ripped off the government for decades to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars I guess being over seventy now, he won. Still could die in prison if busted but not likely in today's pay to go world. She knows everything and is the reason stuff is so *frenched up now but will deny it I'm sure. Her last words to me in September of 2020 were "I don't like your attitude so your never getting the place." Oh boy... thanks for the heads up you sweet thing, I'm thinking to myself. Then he steps in and says only two more years man it's yours." I just walked away at that point. Quit all repairs and updates two years ago when the heating system failed and froze the whole buildings base board and heater system from a power outage. Hell... I got thousands in just oil to maintain 40*F in the winter from two years out of my pocket with nothing rented so no income. Gave him $1,500 down payment for a lease agreement in 2017 I never got. They will not sign and return the papers after money changed hands. I'm a sucker, plain and simple. Should have drained the mfer but no "We need that on all winter." Like why... it's empty right now. Keeps me broke and in-check waiting in limbo.... hindsight looking back at it all.

Only airs is my older sister and she has no interest at all in the place, house is rented. They are gone moved out of state to DE retired, new house, new toys, new land and new shops. Plus they took all the old stuff with them, double pensions and fat bank accounts. Never once did I ever ask for anything for free or a give to me deal. Over a quarter million was the agreed upon price many years ago for the place. They just won't close on it now. *frenched me good they did... good family, my trusted family. That is where they get ya, trust me we're family, horseshit. So far your still trusting them. Wait till the threats start or the physical assaults. Your gab me buy my arm and scream in my face, I consider that assault, maybe you don't. I just restrain myself and back away saying don't touch me again. Then the threats start right back up. "I'll call the cops and have you removed from the property. Get your stuff out." Then she comes in to him with "just forget about this and let's go home." I say,"what about me... sell me the place like you promised?" Response, "FU... you always make trouble and we're going home now."

Nothing really there now but three acres of light woods, a tiny field of weeds about a half acre and the acre with the twin shops 30x60, barns, awnings off the buildings, store room, office and separate house on it. Just a house to rent, half acre land fenced in with spruce wood and post is just the old towing impound yard there and empty rotting buildings now just going into more disrepair and being damaged by trees, wind and weather, mostly water damage now. All this because of control issues are needed and supposedly
Get it done now, notarize and copy the papers. Then do a record reading on film with her and have it copied. You know what to do with the copies. Be nice though... offer free copies on tape, CD or digital downloads for the interested.
