Good evening fellas. Tried my hand at grilling steak instead of a cast iron. Cooked it at 250° until 120 internal then sear it off. How’d I do?

Well another failed startup attempt today. Siemens taring into *s-word again tomorrow and I get a chance to fix some more *s-word I been wanting to fix but management was rush rush rush and said no. Getting new clutches for my load dump anticipator and re-aligning it so the governor motor gear doesn’t,(COG) on the clutch anymore and it will govern more smoothly

Time to nail some subs earlier so I hit Subway with an Any Three Footlong Subs for $17.99 coupon and scarfed down two and a half steak and cheese footlongs with several toppings. Washed ‘em down with a gallon of milk. Me ol’ eyes are gettin’ heavy.
