Started at a new jobsite yesterday. Had my site orientation today. So many rules about not offending anyone and making everyone feel welcome. Can be written up for offensive clothes or tattoos. Can't park on site with offensive bumper stickers on your truck. Welcome to the pussification of America boys. Not even supposed to call anyone fat,stupid, or ghey. I miss the old days.

Makes you wonder what it will be like in 10 years .

You can get a house for free in Detroit I hear, yet they have little takers.

Town cut some trees on the road here before chewing up and relaying the blacktop. So had to try and get as much as possible before another wood scavenger comes by. Still a little bit of white pine and popple out there yet.

Out here people are paying 20-30k more than asking price! Most are sold the same day

It’s happening over here as well Tim we have such a housing boom at the moment.Not enough supply for the market.We literally have 1000s of houses waiting to be built not enough trades to build them due to the covid19.I can see me being flat out for the next 2/3 years on present building predictions.
