Bright sunny and 15c outside. I spent most of it in my windowless office...

An estimator/ purchaser I deal with got canned suddenly today. Never a good feeling. 1:25 I get an email from him confirming an order for Thursday. 3pm the controller from the office is calling saying he’s no longer employed and all orders need to be held until reauthorized.

Oh that's a bit suspect ay. You need somewhere to hide a pallet of mis-appropiated dry-wall til it all blows over?

First... no buddies for me, to time consuming fixing all their chit.
Only know three guys in CT and none of them are pro, Dan Paragon Builder although he does have nice gtgs and cool stuff, were not buddies. Lee who has so fuggin many chainsaws he is not even sure anymore because some of his stuff is still here. 2020 sucked. The other guy is a dentist and we ain't ever gonna be buddies from where I'm standing.
Anyone else you had in mind?

How much time did this guy have in and end up axed? Replacing him with a younger ,cheaper person?

All was good yesterday today is another story got half way to work and wifey called me and asked me to come home as she slipped on the hob coming out of the shower and hit her head on the wall.She’s ok but a little shaken up so ,staying with her to make sure she’s ok.
