Over the years i've taken all of em. I still play pretty competitive Soccer Football at 48 in centre midfield or defence. Combative. Lots of bruising.
I reckon pills for this, might be too tender to rub others on which will mean you wont do it. The pills will PacMan their way around to where it is needed.
