I thought I was doing right on raising him but as you guys know had some trouble with him leaving home saying he was a slave. We have reconciled and he is working and paying his bills and doing ok.
He informed me a few weeks ago that he is going to be apprenticing under a family friend for the gas company. He could be making 6figures in 5yrs with a company truck. [emoji106]
Regardless of problems I’m still proud of him.
Daughter loves math so she has been accepted at ISU to be CPA.
Proud of both [emoji106]
So I guess we did something right

Yeah I know that's what they do now but helping and learning alongside the old man as we picked a cam to match the end result we wanted, and then ported the head using whatever we could come up with to match Vizards shapes taught me way more than Plug In Fast Ecu Here would have.Bad ass. Drop a 2.0 honda V-tec in there and hang on.

Never actually done anything with a computer.Yeah I know that's what they do now but helping and learning alongside the old man as we picked a cam to match the end result we wanted, and then ported the head using whatever we could come up with to match Vizards shapes taught me way more than Plug In Fast Ecu Here would have.
You SBChev guys could do worse than read Vizards book on them. After the Mini stuff he moved stateside and did Ford Pinto and SBC development.
1980 chevy Monza. It was an Iron Duke 4 banger and 4 speedWhich is a what for us out of towners?
I ended up with three of these from age 16 -18. Second was a 78 with a 196 cu buick v6. Last was a 78 hatch back with a factory 305 V8. That one I ended up having the body dids and I built a 350 4 bolt main Engine with my graduation money. It was 2981 pounds with the V8 and was a fast as it was junk. They were terribly designed and built cars.Which is a what for us out of towners?
