Thats my 06.
Once in a while it decides to go into reduced power. I shut it off, restart it and its good to go for a month or so . I've triple checked all wiring, and it's either the ECM or the throttle body.
I finally had enough and have a new throttle body ordered. Should see it Wednesday.

You’d be pissed if it wasn’t the throttle body isn’t there an electrical test you can perform on it first both items are expensive or are you trying for the lesser of two evils
