Oh yeah whole boneless rib loin for 64 bucks at my favorite small town butcher! Yielded 12 1.25" steaks. I'm a little rusty but the knife skillz are still there. Pinch of salt, garlic and onion powder, ancho chili, smoked paprika, mustard powder, chipotle chili powder, celery seed, and cilantro on each one. I'll smoke these tomorrow on the webber kettle...


The rest will freeze up alright. .

i usually have sandwich meat here like chicken or turkey also
