I agree. Back before I became a puss I used to go with some buddys to Olcott, NY for kings. I never got tired of salmon

Every single deer I've killed in the past I gave away except maybe 2. Those 2 were all made into jerky and what could not be jerky was sausage sticks.

I’ve had whitefish before but never smoked. Isn’t it a fairly dry meat at start with?

Deer smokies are pretty tasty. Theres a place called Trumbull locker up the road from me and they make a jalapeño cheddar one. Pretty tasty

Deer a almost non existent in these parts these days. Worst year I can ever remember having. I should have taken a road trip.
