Id just like to get 3 to 4 hours of uninterrupted rest.
Naps really arent an option.
Once I'm up, its full send til bedtime.
Stupid brain has never known when to shut down. Body is worn out trying to keep up, and protests at regular intervals...

For an old guy I do pretty well. Got almost 8 1/2 straight without getting up to pee last night.
