Same here but it’s chicken fricassee and yuingling!
Sooo, how does one go about this "fricasseing" you speak of Pat?
Anything to do with cast iron and deep fat?
Boss thought Yuengling was one o them "imported beers".
I sed ok, if you think Pennsylvania is a different country...

What kinda pie you got going Gary? I had to forego desert, as I subsituted Boudin.
Just FYI, Boudin is QUITE filling. Good, but filling.
I tried some new store bought Gluten Free crusts and my mom’s pumpkin pie recipe. First time I’ve made it. Usually my sister takes care of it at the holidays but as we are all own our own this year we have to figure it out. Turned out looking pretty good, just waiting for Momma and Elliott to finish their Mario Cart Battle and then I can taste.

Looks GOOD Gary.
Let me know how the GF pie crusts work out.
Weve been finding workarounds for sugar free recipes(mom and sister in laws are diabetic). Did pumpkin bread last Christmas with Stevia. They have it in the big bag that is dilluted so it measures just like sugar. Worked really Well.

Aside from peeing like a Russian racehorse, I'm not bad at all. Had a good steak and a baked potato for dinner.
Had some Boudin also.
Had it before, just forgot how "squishy" it can be. All the rice I recon.
Why are Russian racehorses known for peeing?

edited for stoopid spelling rror.

Tia is like that. She is wary of strangers, and even some people she knows.
Lucy meets no strangers.
Literally anyone can walk up and pet her. Shes the same with other dogs. She just wants to be friends. And eat. Never knows or cares if shes already full. Must be the Dachshund part of her.

Not exactly sure Juan.
I heerd once that they put a band on the ole wee wee to keep em from going at will, and then let them go after the race. This made them associate relief with getting to the finish line.
Might be total bullchit.
Havent looked into it further.
How you Doin MI amigo?

These are probably the best I have tried, wifey isn’t satisfied with the texture so might need to get some regular crust from someone. 8 yr old gobbled it up like a bowl of ice cream so I call that a win.
