Stress does funny things. I grind my teeth when I’m stressed and get headaches among other things.
Maybe try visiting that sweat lodge some more and/or go for massage. Sometimes even a visit to the bone cracker will help relieve tension

Doctor said I ain't got no sinus infection. Says me gritting my teeth in my sleep is messing up my jaw, and causing my headaches. I got a bite guard a week or so ago....but I think that made it worse. Might keep me from busting my teeth though.

Also said I have some bad allergies that are messing with me. Called me in some medicine for that.

How the hell will I learn not to clench my teeth in my sleep?

Apparently I use to grind my teeth as a kids and now all my teeth are screwed. Been on a cpap for 7 years now and that is no longer an issue for my teeth. Haven’t changed in 7 years. Worth looking into

I remember mine and it sucked with all the wires they had on me to monitor me but in the end it was worth it. I can get hand the amount of sleep with my machine and be better then I ever was before sleeping all night without a cpap. Plus the wife enjoys not listening to me snore or stop breathing
