Yep. Not good. I damaged the right one ON a bike as well. Big 4 stroke dirt machine. Kicked back and fractured the cartilage in my ankle. Had to have a cortisone shot deep in the ankle. That *s-worde hurt. I broke oot in a sweat as they ran that needle a couple inches into the center. Good times.

I’ve had quite a few of them cortisone shots me. Feet/hands/shoulders/and one knee. I’m full of tattoos and I’d be lying if I said they don’t hurt but bra them cortisone shots hurt much worse!

Was supposed to bust up some pines today with Dan. But we got heavy rain and 40 mph + winds. So I'm working in the garage on my cabinet doors.
