Northern lights tonight (10/10/2024)

I know this isn't anything spectacular for many northerners, but in Southern Illinois we don't get to see northern lights very often. However, this is the second time this year that we've been able to see them, although tonight wasn't as good a show as a few months ago.

No pic but my wife dragged me out of bed and outside to see the pulsing sky last night. Very nice indeed.

My camera doesn't take good night photos, but we had a pretty good show here. Wasn't much color, but it was neat to watch.
