On the block is a N.O.S. XPW P/C kit. I bought this as a spare for my XPW, since I'm no longer keeping it I don't need this anymore either. One thing to note, the upper fin is cracked/dented by a bolt hole. I sincerely doubt it'll affect the cooling abilities, but I could be wrong. I'll pass this kit along for what it was posted for when I bought it, $250 + the ride.

That part of the fin is absolutely not going to have any effect on the cooling of the motor. I'd just cut that corner right off and not worry about it.

There would be other issues long before that becomes a factor.
