I had a problem with the screws on my solo 667 air filter loosening up and stripping out. I found a new air filter, and the guy selling them also sold me two steel replacement/upgrade screws.

Do you guys know any way to get he aluminum ones out without damaging the filter?

No. If you notice on the black one laying down, it has a barb on it and keeps it captive in the filter.

I had to thread a Allen cap screw into it so I had something to pound on. ( it needed a little hammer persuasion). Tapped the aluminum ones out and new steel ones in. Thanks guys.
