Need help

So a friend of mine brought me this goped thing looks like a skateboard with a motor attached it's a 2 stroke engine he wants me to get it running for him. All it needs is a carb rebuild the carb seems to be a speed 2 stroke with 99 033 stamped on it not sure who makes it I need to find the diaphragm kit for it hoping maybe somebody can help I usually just mess with chainsaws and am a little lost with this thing.

So the metering diaphragm looks to be the same size as a k10 wat but the other with the jet I have no clue where to find it?

Looks like walbro WY or WYJ series. If it doesn't say walbro on it, could be a china knockoff but a walbro kit should work.

Thanks again fellas rebuilt both carbs today and got both of the scooters going for my buddy.
