Lol, I have been looking through IPLs, the closest number I could find to that was 501 55 14-01 which was a pull handle on the 40/45 and the 50. Its hard that a lot of the IPLs list the crank only as an assembly number and not individual numbered parts. The closest dyslexic number I found was a 501 55 61-01 and 61-02 which are cranks for the 65. There was a 501 45 16-01 crank for the 50 listed in the 1983 IPL.

How about you ask a hard question next time...sheesh... :D

Yea, same thing here…looked through a bunch of IPLs :p
Problem is they list the kit#, not just the crank. Fuggers…
This is big so can’t be a 55. I think it has to be 65/77

Piston pin has to be pretty small
Takes a 6202 bearing, not the 6203

Yeah, the 77s I looked at were 501 44 51-02 and 501 55 61-01. I wish Husqvarna did a better job on explaining their part number system, unless there is actually no rhyme or reason, they just have a random number generator.

Found it! 480
Barrett’s IPL shows it
Probably the same one used in 280, 380, 480 and the early 65/77

380/480 but not 280

May be for the 280. Definitely for the 65/77 looking at the eBay pics.

Mystery solved 😀

Looks very much like these. One with piston is for Husky 160/ 163/ 180/ L65/ L77 and the other one is for 61. Early version with coarse clutch thread.
