HELP! My STIHL BG86C

Hi there I have a STIHL BG86C handheld blower. That I had almost a year now it’s a great blower and it runs great. But for some reason the primer bulb has all ready cracked. Wish I don’t get why the blower is not a year old yet. And I don’t have use ethanol gas. I’m been using VP 50:1 ethanol free fuel since I had the blower. So I don’t it has anything to do with fuel. So if is any of you that have a STIHL blower especially a BG86 that has had the same problem? Even when your blower wasn’t a year old yet? And If anyone has a idea on what made the primer bulb cracked this early on please let me know.

That is weird, did it happen to sit in the sun (even sunlight through a window)? Was it stored in a hot area (shed that doesn't vent)?

Probably just a defective bulb in the first place…happens.
Buy a 10pk off eBay for $5 and call it good.

Sounds like it may have got a touch of sunlight. You can buy a bag
of 10 off aliexpress for around 8 to 10 dollars New Zealand so they
don,t brake the bank.
Could have just been a bad one all the same.

Does the fact that the carburetor is made in China have anything to do with it? Surely not!!!

Id bet all the primer bulbs made come from one Chinese factory or another.
