I’ve never gotten to see one in person but sometime I will get to see or run an 041g. I’m surprised they weren’t a bit more popular since the 041 was a super popular saw in its day.The 3100 is far more rare. When i was looking a 041G i finally found one then a few more.
I now have 3 of them.

This one I probably shouldn’t have gotten...needs unobtainium...inner bar plate, and wrap handle. May see if a butchered aftermarket one can be welded to this one to make it complete. It does start and run..and has 66mm cylinder.
