None of these coils have Stihl pt#s
You had ID'd them a while back.

After looking through what 046/460 parts I have I don't have anywhere near enough to build a saw
Couple cases, maybe some cranks, some plastic, 2 1211 wheels, coils...

I do but they may be just 044 12mm and not for 46s.
Anyone know if the 12s fit both late 044 and 046?

Nope - completely different. Both the 046 and 460 cranks are wider than the 044 and 440 cranks.
