MS260- running odd.

My 260 starting running really weird today. Felt very rich down low, then when it cleared it's throat it reved out to 17k!
After farting around with it and checking everything out I discovered the impulse line was completely disconnected from the crankcase. The odd thing was it idled fine!

Good thing it wasn't a Husky, would've blew. Kidding. Weird how stuff like that happens, but it's happened to me before.

tank must have been pressurized enough to push fuel ,the hose off would definitly lean it out .

It was warm out so the tank had some pressure on it I am sure.
