Too busy with Reno's to finish this one.

I have already replaced the crank seals with OEM seals as they were the problem with this saw.

Cylinder has very light transfer.

Have new meteor piston and an aftermarket muffler as it was missing when I picked up the saw

Over 150 bucks in OEM parts between the seals and what is still in the bags.

Looking for $275 + ship

Those crank seals seal properly? was my first time with those funky seals. bought the special drift and everything
Yes to my surprise they did, I was wondering if you had the install tools. Did you use the little bullet shaped installer over the flywheel key too or just the larger one you called a drift? And how did you remove the old seals?

I just used PN 1129 893 2400 and crossed my fingers. Didn't originally intend for it to potentially be someone else's problem at that time.

As for getting them out, it was messier than I wanted, but just used a couple different picks and my custom filed screwdriver, once it cracked they came out pretty easily, just had to be super concious not to score the sealing surface

Yup once the surface gets scratched its a *b-word to seal!
