For your consideration a good, presentable 262 I picked up off another member. Mahle jug.
I have done the following since owning:
New gas filter and lines
mesh AF
Muffler opened up, ss wide mesh spark screen
Meteor piston
Thinner base gasket installed
New crank seals and little o-ring
Aftermarket 357 style clutch (I can include original in sale)
various brittle plastic bits replaced, carb dam thingy, choke lever
Replaced the rear AV springs with rubber, (I think 288 style) as I prefer a tighter feel in a saw. I can include the original springs if I can find where I put them.
I advanced timing a bit but the saw responded poorly so timing is stock.
I planned on replacing the crank bearings but when I had it open I concluded they had plenty of service life left. I can include the new bearings I have with sale.
I would like to get $400 shipped.

I forgot It also has a momentary shutoff stop button and shrink tube over the handlebar for grippy grip.
Plus a secret compartment for passing coded messages. OEM Husqvarna decoder ring included with purchase.IMG_20240504_102626711_HDR.jpg
