Hello all i ended up with a little ms180c last year. I swapped a ms 250 walbro 325 carb on to it for adjustment and it runs great. My problem is after it sits for a few weeks you have to pull on it 10 times or so to get it to fire. Is that a tuning issue or could it be because there's now prime on this saw. Thank you

Also, if the plastic cover isn't on just right it'll interfere with the setting and keep it from choking.
Some of them take a few tries to get them on right.

I have worked on way too many 180s and have owned at least a half dozen, and they all take around 8 to 10 pulls to get running if they have sat a while. It is just the way they are. Once they have been started, they will fire right up with just a few pulls.

Truth. Mine takes at least 5 to 10 every time when it's sat, but it always starts. Around 5 full choke then 2 or 3 half choke is the usual.
