Showed this thread to a coworker of mine this morning who has a well used 272 and really likes it. He has been talking about possibly looking into replacing it in the not too distant future. He is very old school and I cannot convince him to buy it because he just won't buy anything from online. Put in every good word in my vocabulary for you Dustin but he's stubborn. Even told him you would likely post a vid of the saw running and cutting if he was interested but no dice...

Dang clean 272 though, and what a deal considering how much a new 70cc saw sells for!

I’ll have to check the one at work and see for reference sometime. It too has no decomp and the serial number is early one if I’m recalling correctly.

Didn’t think this would last long...folks put this kinda money all day long and then some into damn nice 262XP’s, much less a damn nice 272XP...no brainer here!
