Ok boys I haven't done a build thread in awhile and so I'm gonna do a mini one as this was an after thought. This is a customers saw that just wanted a muffler mod and timing advance. But this little saw intrigued me so I had to play. So here we go.

Next and I don't have pics but I took the muffler off opened up under the stock deflector bent the deflector a little. Tested. Then advanced the ignition timing 5 deg. This is an excellent gain in these saws.

This is gonna be a one shot Trial to see what happens. Here's what I did.
Took .015" off base and squish.

Widened the exhaust and set at 113 deg.

Widened intake just to clean it up and set at 74.5 deg

Leveled the trans at 128 deg.

Trans look a little ruff as this is a 34mm bore engine and is tiny. I had no finish burrs that would fit. It's not bad just not as pretty as the exhaust and intake. Lol

Nice to see someone go a little further than basic mods on this saw. Interested to see how it ends up.
