A comparison pic between the early and later Stihl recoil tags.
The lighter orange tags (later version) can sometimes be found listed on ebay UK.

As far as I know the only tags still available in the darker shade of orange are for the 070/090 recoil/starter housing, these tags are curved to fit the older housings, not the later/flatter 044, 064 etc housing.
