I looked for years for an original flywheel puller for the Mercury KB6 and KB7 two man saws. I never could find one. Years ago a gentleman said he made one from a budd wheel stud/nut. I bought one and then measured it. The budd is 1.125'' x 16 threads/inch. The internal bore of the flywheel is 1.125" x 18 threads/inch. Some say that must be metric but it is not. The 1.125" x18 is UNEF. I ended up building a puller about 20 years ago but I either loaned it out or it walked off. :confundio1: I decided to go at it again. They are now done. Of course once I get them done not many are playing with the old KB series saws but at least I have them. I only need one and have some to re-home if folks are interested.
