We had a hell of a collection of Homelites from that era. Still have a couple of 550s.

Meh, my Mastermind 462 is OK…











…OK enough that I prefer it as my daily felling/limbing/topping saw. And it held its own in some grudge racing action at the Twin Cities G2G. I’m satisfied with it, to say the least. Reliable, extra power where this saw needed it most.

We had a hell of a collection of Homelites from that era. Still have a couple of 550s.

I bet a ported 550 would be a fun firewood saw, one of these days I'll have to talk you into doing one for me, I have a 360 that like new and would be a perfect candidate, have a super 650 that should be here today from one of the members, so my line up is almost complete.
