That’s some solid info on logging gear—always interesting to see how different setups perform in the field. We’ve worked with quite a few types of equipment ourselves for tree removal and land clearing. If anyone’s looking into practical applications or real-world results, feel free to check out what we do over at American Made Tree. We’ve got a mix of residential and commercial jobs under our belt, and we’re always happy to share insight or help out where we can. Stay safe out there!I thought it'd be fun to see what logging equipment you all use. So ill start. Below is our newest addition, a 2015 KMC 2500 track skidder. Next is my first machine, a 1985 Treefarmer C5D cable machine with a screamin' 3-53 and lastly our 2005 Peterbilt 379 with a 600 Horse Cat, 18spd and Prentice 124 built by Hubler Bros. in PA.
Now lets see what y'all have.
