He's got it listed with free shipping. I've bought a lot of stuff from that seller and if it was listed with free shipping, he didn't charge me anything
even though I'm over the border.

Yep I bought from him also. Matter of fact I asked for a polyflywheel for an 066 for heated handles & he added it on a lot for me even thought it wasn’t listed - great seller!
