That's a fact. Jesse ran the saw after we put the used OEM top on with new rings and base gasket delete and he couldn't believe how good it cut. Compression helps a lot.

I think the buckin stock circle jerk is in north west Indiana this year. He mentioned it a few months back in one if his vids. BBR vids turned me onto the ported saw deal. Didn't know it was a thing outside timber sports. That said I cant stand most of his videos anymore. Way to long, all over the place, peace and love stuff constantly. It sucks. If i click on a saw vid, I wanna see a forkin saw vid, not axes, and all the other *s-worde he mixes in.

Hell yes it does. Jesse being blown away by a stock cylinder compared to IH’s garbage is a testiment to the poor work he’s doing.

I wood like to compare this 390xp to our stock 390xp with a muffler mod. I wood also measure the compression in the muffler and BTU’s in the cut. Wood be vewy interesting.

I would assume just didn’t know any better. Guy had a good rep amongst the YouTube guys. A mistake any one of us could make and many have. JMS is the prime example of what was a reputable builder and eventually all the dirty details came out. But at least his saws ran good...mostly. Lol

I had to go look through some of the comments, and someone asked why his comment was deleted, since it was a supportive comment. Harv said he'd never delete his comments and said he had a problem with comments being deleted, because he had a moderator that was a member of "the forum". Don't know if that's true or not, but that would be funny if he had a mole as a moderator. Lol
